Steamed bok choy with Asian seasonings topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 4 heads young bok choy (approx. 450g), halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil (available at a specialty store) Asian cuisine)
Preparation:
- Steam the bok choy for 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
Combine chives, soy sauce, lime juice and zest with sugar in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and drizzle with sesame oil.
