- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp grated peeled ginger
- 4 tsp. lightly salted soy sauce
- 3 tsp hot Asian chili sauce, such as sambal oelek
- 220 g of mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 whole grain sesame seed burger buns
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
