Ingredients:
- Protein of 4 large eggs
- 350 g of ultrafine sugar
- 350 g of ground almonds
- 30 ml. amaretto liqueur
- Powdered sugar
- Butter for greasing
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 170°C, grease and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sugar, almonds, and amaretto until smooth.
- Using a pastry bag or teaspoon, drop balls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 cm apart.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack, cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve. chocolate fondue.
