Bruschetta with strawberries in balsamic vinegar

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter, sprinkle with salt and sugar.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Remove the bread slices from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Combine strawberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on the bread slices. Top with strawberries and drizzle with the juice.
