Chocolate almond oatmeal candies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond paste
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

Preparation:

  1. Combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Add oats, chocolate chips, and flaxseed and mix well.
  2. Roll the resulting mixture into balls 3 cm in diameter and place them on parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
