Country-style potatoes topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 700 g unpeeled red-skinned potatoes
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 230°C, place baking sheet in oven.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise into eight wedges. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes on a preheated baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn them over and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
