Ingredients:

  • 450 g ready pizza dough
  • Flour for working with dough
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt, such as flaky sea salt

Preparation:

  1. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 230°C.

    Roll out the dough to a 1 cm thickness on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the dough to a large, heavy baking sheet. Prick the entire surface of the dough with a fork. Drizzle the dough with oil. Sprinkle with thyme and salt. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
