Ingredients:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp whipping cream
Preparation:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the powdered sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly on low speed, then increase the speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and cream and continue beating on medium speed for another 1 minute, adding more cream if necessary to ensure the cream is not too thick and is easy to spread.
