Arugula salad with grain mustard

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine 2 teaspoons each grainy mustard and white wine vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in 3 tablespoons olive oil. Add 3 bunches of torn arugula and 1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts and toss to combine. Serve with chicken. lollipops.
