Grape Vanilla Sparkling Water

Ingredients:

  • 325 g frozen black grape juice concentrate, thawed
  • 0.5 cups of water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 2 - 4 tbsp syrup

Preparation:

  1. Combine grape juice concentrate with 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a medium saucepan; cook over medium-high heat until syrupy, about 10 minutes. Stir in another 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; let cool. Top with club soda.
  2. For each serving, mix 2-4 tablespoons of syrup with 1 glass of cold sparkling water in a glass with ice.
