Ingredients:
- 3 mangoes
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Olive oil to drizzle over the mango
- 1 lime, cut in half
- 0.5 cup Mexican sour cream (or 1/3 cup sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons milk)
- Thinly sliced jalapeño pepper and cilantro, for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit into large, flat slices; place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the mango slices with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Flip the slices and repeat.
- Grill the mango, turning once, until crisp grill marks appear, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with lime juice. Serve with sour cream and garnish with jalapeño and cilantro.
