Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 pitted date
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon + extra for sprinkling
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup coconut water
Preparation:
