- 100 g thin slices of fontina cheese, cut into Christmas tree shapes
- 150 gr. mozzarella, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices, cut out stars
- 1 cantaloupe melon, for serving

Bresaola with butter, lemon and parmesan
- 150 g imported bresaola, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 30 g Parmesan, finely grated
Preparation:
- Arrange all ingredients beautifully on a plate.
