Ingredients:
- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup smoked ham, diced
- 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup cream, any fat content
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Spoon the dough into a 9-inch (22 cm) pie pan to form the crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese and top with the ham and tomatoes. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pie crust and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until filling is set.
