Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon or any herbs
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of water
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine whole-grain mustard, olive oil, Dijon mustard, shallots, and tarragon. Add water and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the roasted meat.
