Asparagus with parsley as a side dish

Preparation:

Boil 2 bunches of asparagus for 4-5 minutes, then drain.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon each lemon zest and juice, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and top with the parsley mixture.
