Summer Peach Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 60 ml of white Sauvignon Blanc wine
• 30 gr. peach puree
• 30 ml of peach-flavored vodka
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 1 tsp. agave nectar
• Leaves from 2 sprigs of thyme and 1 whole sprig for garnish
• 2 cups ice, plus extra for garnish
• Peach slice, for garnish

Preparation:

1. Place the thyme leaves in a shaker and crush them with a pestle. Fill with ice and add wine, peach puree, peach vodka, lemon juice, and agave nectar, and shake well.
2. Strain the cocktail into a large white wine glass filled with ice. Garnish with a peach wedge and a sprig of thyme.
