Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups diced pineapple, frozen
- 60 ml. pineapple juice
- 60 ml coconut cream
- 45 ml white rum
- 30 ml dark rum
- 1.5 cups of ice
- Pineapple wedges
Preparation:
- Place ice, frozen pineapple chunks, juice, coconut cream, white and dark rum in a blender and blend until smooth and snow-like.
- Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
