Mint and Lychee Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 8 leaves of fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 4 canned lychees
  • 1/4 cup syrup from a jar of canned lychees
  • 90 ml of vodka
  • Juice of one lime
  • Carbonated water
  • Mint leaves and lime slices, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place sugar in a shaker, add mint leaves, and crush with a long pestle. Add lychee with syrup, vodka, lime juice, and ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously and strain the cocktail into two tall glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish. spritz mint sprigs and lime slices.
