Green Bloody Mary cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g of physalis, peeled, rinsed under water, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 180 ml of vodka
- 2 tbsp. l. grated horseradish
- Worcestershire sauce
- Green hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- A pinch of coarse salt
- Red celery, for garnish
Preparation:
- Mix in a blender the vegetable physalis, cucumber, vodka, horseradish, celery salt, a pinch of coarse salt, a few drops of Worcestershire and green hot sauce, and puree until smooth. Pour the cocktail into glasses filled with ice and garnish with red celery.
