Potato salad with green beans and curry

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup light raisins
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 cups boiled green beans
  • 1 kg of boiled potatoes

Preparation:

  1. Heat 1/3 cup olive oil in a frying pan and add the same amount of light raisins. Add 2 tsp. curry powder and stir for 30 seconds. Mix with 1 cup of yogurt, 2 cups of boiled green beans and 1 kg of boiled potatoes, diced. Salt to taste.
