Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, 3 cm each.
- 6 small apricot halves, peeled and pitted
- 2 pears (peaches or any other fruit), cored, peeled and quartered
- 110 g butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 20 maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Combine butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon curry powder, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Place all the fruit in a baking dish and toss with the remaining ingredients. Spray the fruit with the oil mixture and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, constantly adding the oil mixture.
