Preparation:

Mix 3/4 cup pumpkin puree with 150g softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar until smooth, and flavor with a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Spread the mixture on brioche buns. Dust with powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice mix.
