Chocolate candies with sprinkles

Preparation:

Chop 500 g of dark chocolate; melt all but 1 cup in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in the remaining chocolate until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate onto a foil-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with sweet chips, snacks, nuts, popcorn, or any other toppings. Cool the candy barks, then break them into pieces of any shape.
