Mascarpone cream cheese and white chocolate spread

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • 120 g butter, room temperature

Preparation:

  1. Place the white chocolate and vegetable oil in a plastic bowl. Microwave and melt for 30 seconds, stirring occasionally. Then let cool. Add the butter and cream cheese and mix with a mixer until smooth. Chill the spread in the refrigerator.
