Mojito cocktail with Bacardi white rum

Ingredients:

  • 6 teaspoons of sugar
  • 20 mint leaves
  • Juice of 6 limes
  • 180 ml white rum
  • 30 ml of mineral water

Preparation:

  1. In a mortar or large glass, combine the sugar and mint leaves and crush them with a pestle to form a paste. Add the lime juice and rum. Whisk the mixture and pour into 4 small glasses. Top with mineral water.
