Mai Tai cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup orange-flavored Triple Sec
  • Sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 lightly beaten egg white
  • Ice chips
  • Cocktail cherry, pineapple cubes, orange slices for serving

Preparation:

  1. Dip the rim of a tall glass in egg white, then in sugar. Pour rum, triple sec, and juices into a shaker. Shake. Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour the cocktail over the top. Garnish with cherries, pineapple, and/or orange slices. Drink through a straw.
