Ingredients:
- 500 g frozen or pickled onion sets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Combine onion sets, chicken broth, molasses, apple cider vinegar, butter, salt, and pepper in a skillet. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
