Ingredients:

- 0.5 cup sesame oil + more if desired
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground toasted sesame seeds, crushed in a mortar
- 2 tablespoons ground Korean gochukaru pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Fresno peppers, finely chopped
- 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Combine the doenjang, sesame oil, sesame seeds, gochukara, sugar, garlic, and chili peppers in a medium bowl. Add an additional tablespoon of sesame oil, if desired. Store in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for up to 7 days..
