Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 960 ml orange juice (packaged or freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 liter of seltzer water
  • 1 pineapple, cut into 2 cm cubes and freeze
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and frozen
  • 1 orange, cut into thin slices
  • 4 cups light rum

Preparation:

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and seltzer water. Stir well.
  2. Place frozen pineapple and strawberry chunks into the punch to keep it warm. Garnish with orange slices. Add rum, if desired.
