Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon whole celery seeds
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large carrots, cut into strips
- 2 cups shredded white cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
Preparation:
- Combine the apple cider vinegar and honey in a large bowl until smooth. Slowly pour in the olive oil, stirring constantly, to emulsify the dressing. Season with celery seeds, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the carrots and all the cabbage. Toss with the dressing and transfer to a serving platter.
