Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1.5 cups frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
  • 170 gr. curd cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 0.5 tsp red hot pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preparation:

  1. Boil the spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until the vegetables are tender. Drain. Microwave the cream cheese for 1 minute, or until hot and softened. Add the remaining ingredients. Serve the dipping sauce hot.
