Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- 1.5 cups frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- 170 gr. curd cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 tbsp. grated parmesan
- 0.5 tsp red hot pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation:
- Boil the spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until the vegetables are tender. Drain. Microwave the cream cheese for 1 minute, or until hot and softened. Add the remaining ingredients. Serve the dipping sauce hot.
