Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut paste or coconut flakes
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Honey
Preparation:
- Place chia seeds in a cup or jar, add 0.5 cups of almond milk, and mix thoroughly. Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add the blueberries, vanilla, coconut oil, and cinnamon and blend until smooth, adding honey to taste.
