Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- Half a small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 large clove of garlic, grated or crushed into a paste
- 1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and finely chopped, plus a tablespoon of adobo sauce
- A small handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Tortilla chips for serving
Preparation:
- Peel the avocado and place it in a bowl. Add the onion, garlic, pepper, adobo sauce, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.
- Mash and add salt to taste. Serve with chips.
