Peach Tequila Cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe white peaches, peeled, pitted and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup silver tequila
- 1/4 cup peach liqueur (recommended: Creme de Peche)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Peach pieces for decoration
- Mint sprigs for decoration
Preparation:
- Place the peaches in a food processor and process until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a bowl.
- Combine peach puree, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve over ice in short glasses. Garnish each serving with a peach slice and a sprig of mint.
