Guacamole with mango topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pits. Cut the avocado into cubes, then spoon them into a bowl.
- Add red onion, salt, jalapeño, lime juice, mango, and tomatoes and toss gently. Add cilantro.
