Ingredients:
- 100 g sliced salami
- 1 pickled and 1 fresh cucumber each
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 sprigs of dill
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and spices to taste
Preparation:
- Cut fresh and pickled cucumbers into strips.
- Chop the garlic and herbs.
- Mix sour cream with herbs and garlic.
- Spread the salami slices with sauce, place cucumbers on top and secure the edges with toothpicks.
When serving, garnish the envelopes with herbs.
