Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup spread with salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely crumbled blue cheese, plus extra for serving
  • 0.5 cups Buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 packages of 220g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped roast turkey (remove skin)
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped, plus celery sticks for serving
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped, + carrot sticks for serving
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Combine the spread, sour cream, blue cheese, hot sauce, milk, and cream cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and stir in the shredded turkey.
