Ingredients:
- 1 packet (280 g) mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 0.5 tbsp. chocolate in mini granules
- 7 cups of cocoa rice cereal (breakfast cereal)
- Cooking spray for greasing
- Vanilla glaze
Preparation:
- Combine the mini marshmallows, butter, and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, until the butter and chocolate are melted; stir until smooth. Add the Rice Krispies and cocoa powder and stir to combine.
- Spray your hands with cooking spray, then on a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the mixture into twelve 4-inch soccer balls. Let cool and pipe the lacing with vanilla frosting.
