Yogurt parfait

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.5 cup strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 and 3/4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup granola (no raisins)
  • 5 tablespoons of honey

Preparation:

  1. Combine blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries in a bowl. Add sugar. Let sit for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of five 8-ounce glasses. Top with 2 tablespoons of the berry mixture. Layer again. Top each serving with 1/4 cup yogurt and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granola. Drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon of honey.
