Wraps with spinach, almonds, cherries, steak and plums

Ingredients:

  • 220 g sirloin steak
  • 2 plums
  • Olive oil for greasing
  • 1 package of spinach, dried cherry, almond and blue cheese salad mix
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 multigrain tortillas or lavash, 25cm in diameter.

Preparation:

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste. Grill to your desired doneness. Cover the finished steak and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
  2. Halve the plums and remove the pits. Slice horizontally into 3 wedges. Brush with olive oil and grill until charred on each side. Let cool slightly, then slice.
  3. Combine all salad ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl. Add the plums and onion and mix well. Stir in the dressing.
  4. Microwave the lavash for 35-40 seconds to soften it. Place the salad and sliced ​​steak on the lavash and roll it up.
