Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 110 g unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 tbsp. malted milk powder
- 8 cups of breakfast cereal, such as Rice Chex
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups freeze-dried bananas or banana chips
- 1 tbsp. iris granules
Preparation:
- Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and malted milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth. Place the cereal in a large bowl, pour in the melted chocolate-peanut mixture, and stir until evenly distributed.
- Let the cereal cool slightly, then transfer it to a large paper bag or a zip-lock plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar, bananas, and toffee granules. Close or seal the bag tightly and stir to coat all ingredients well. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days..
