Fruit butter

Ingredients:

  • 220 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup blackberry jam
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. Place the butter in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until smooth.
  2. Add the jam, mint, and salt and stir until smooth. Form the log on a sheet of parchment paper or place it in a mold and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Serve the butter with pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
