Ingredients:
- 220 g of butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
- 0.5 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Place the butter in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until smooth.
- Add the jam, mint, and salt and stir until smooth. Form the log on a sheet of parchment paper or place it in a mold and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Serve the butter with pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
