Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 165 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Mix the dough for classic sugar cookies without the zest. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter along with the sugar. Form medium-sized balls and press them with a fork. Sprinkle with coarse sugar and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  2. Dough:

    In a small bowl, combine the flour and salt. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 6 minutes. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Reduce the speed and beat in the dry ingredients.
