Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/4 cups yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
- Crush 1 clove of garlic and sprinkle with coarse salt, then mash and spread with the flat side of a knife until it forms a paste. Mix with 1 1/4 cups of low-fat plain Greek yogurt and thin with water to your desired consistency.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. Serve with couscous or spoon into pot-au-feu.
