Ingredients:
- 220 g of cream cheese, room temperature
- 0.5 cup sour cream + more if needed
- 1 - 2 tbsp. milk, optional
- Any toppings you like, such as fried onions, crumbled feta, or chopped smoked salmon
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of salt and stir until smooth. If needed, thin the sauce by adding a little more sour cream or milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Stir in any toppings of your choice. Serve chilled.
