Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup dark spiced rum
- 2 tsp apple butter
- 2 tsp caramel sauce or syrup + extra for drizzling
- 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
- Whipped cream, for serving
Preparation:
- Place a spoonful of ice in a shaker. Add apple juice, rum, apple butter, caramel sauce, and apple pie spices. Shake vigorously until thoroughly combined and chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain the cocktail into 4 shot glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
