Ingredients:
- 60 ml of Aperol
- 120 ml Prosecco, chilled
- 30 ml of sparkling water
- 1 slice of orange, for garnish
Preparation:
- Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice. Pour in the Aperol, then the Prosecco, and finish with soda.
- Cut a slice of orange and hang it on the rim of the glass.
