Ingredients:
- 1 tube (220 g) chilled croissant dough
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 package (280g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed out
- 110 g sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 4 green onions)
- 1/4 cup roasted sweet peppers, diced (about 1)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 32x45cm baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough (do not separate it into pieces) and roll it into a 20x30 cm rectangle, gently pressing the seams to seal. Spread mustard evenly.
- Top with spinach, cheddar, green onions, and bell peppers, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Roll the dough along the short side. Cut into 8 slices and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes.
