Blueberry-almond smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries + extra for garnish
  • 2 tbsp toasted salted almonds
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation:

  1. Place the blueberries, almonds, and honey in a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is mostly smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Add ice cubes and almond milk and blend until smooth. Add another 1-2 tablespoons of cold water if the smoothie is too thick. Pour into a glass and garnish with a blueberry skewer.
